About Your village,
on call
As a mother myself, I understand our unique challenges. I offer real time, non-clinical support for mums who need a compassionate and warm approach.
You come to me when you need to speak to somebody now. Together, we explore the things you are feeling, the thoughts you are having or what the emotions feel like in your body. I am studying psychology and can help you find the language to communicate your thoughts with your practitioner.

How we can work together
Although there is a ton of information out there about mental health, sometimes we need a little guidance about whether the things we are experiencing are normal, or whether now is the right time to seek support from a GP or a psychologist.

Unlimited text or voice support
This service is designed like a hotline. Reach out when you want. This is not therapy, this is peer support. You can text me for a day, you can text me for a month or longer. The choice is yours and it depends on whether we are a good fit. Relationships build over time and so our time together is not time bound. Just know that I am here, a psychology student, an objective person, a mother, for when parenting gets too much sometimes.

The Village Walk
Let's get active.
Bring your pram, of course!
Walking is an amazing way to gently move your body and to redirect pent up emotion into something you don't need to think about.
We'll meet for a relaxed 45-minute walk. We don't need to talk anything heavy. The space is yours. Share what you want, leave feeling good.
Supporting you in your steps into motherhood, one day at a time
I want to change the idea that psychology does not have to include having a disorder.
I built my business to serve mothers during a vulnerable time. My goal is to provide personalised support to you, whether you are first transitioning into motherhood, or a long-time mother. My lived experience and those of my clients', and my studies, guide me. I am here to provide a much-needed listening ear in times of overwhelm, overstimulation or stress. We build a relationship together, one step at a time.
